The deconstruction of the 1992 recording, the rawness and austerity of the original material by Mejla Hlavsa and Pavel Zajíček is enriched with additional overdubbed instruments and loops. Of course, some of the passages are more of a lifeless reminder of the time of their creation, and the opposite of the framing of the whole record, yet the whole turns out to be absolutely timeless, fresh, still working and valid today.

Beneath the overlay of hard blowing winds of cacophony, seemingly chaotic noises and connections, we can sense a huddling fragility and delicacy, but also something unspoken yet present. The first – and last – collaboration of old friends, founders of DG 307, after Zajíček’s return from emigration.
