Indeed, the 2CD format gives ample room to travel back in time, with important stops at many songs rightfully labeled as evergreens. The singer himself, with the helpful assistance of his brother Jan, has selected songs that symbolize his already unshakably pivotal position in the history of our popular music.

From the exploratory “Lékorice” (Licorice ) and “Tu kytaru jsem koupil kvuli tobe” (I Bought that Guitar for You), through the classic “Stín katedrál” (Shadow of the Cathedrals), “Svatovítský chrám” (Winchester Cathedral), “Lady Jane” and “Dobrá zpráva” (Good News), to powerful film themes.
